In the app, open Settings → Upgrade to Pro (or Manage / Restore) and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought Pro with. No Wirewright account is needed.
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wirewright. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies. We can't issue refunds directly, but we're glad to help if something isn't working.
Email the inputs (code, material, size, length, voltage, current), the result you got and the result you expected with its source. We review every calculation report.
No. All calculators work fully offline. The app does not collect personal data.
